Application accompanied with complete bio-data and attested photocopies of academic/experience documents must reach the office of the undersigned within fourteen (14) days after the first early advertisement in Newspapers/websites. The prescribed application form is available in the establishment section of the above-mentioned office of this college, as well, as on our website www.nmcn.edu.pk Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only. The application must reach along with Rs 500./fee to this office on or before the last date during office hours. If the closing date fixed for the receipt of the application form falls on an official holiday, the next day shall be considered as the closing date. Applications already working in Govt./Autonomous institution must route their application through a proper channel which must be unconditional. Applications after the closing time and date are not acceptable. The selection/Scrutiny committee shall be competent to reject applications that are incomplete. However, the aggrieved candidates can appeal to the competent authority of NMC for review. The decisions of the competent authority therefore shall be final. Two passport size Photographs and duly attested/Photostat copies of all the documents will be accepted on the condition that the candidate would bring the originals documents as and when
they are called for an interview. 10. Date of birth shall ordinarily be endorsed in the Matriculation/equivalent certificate. When an
application is received from a candidate who claims age concessions, allowed by the government from
time to time, will be allowed under the rules by the competent authority. 11. A candidates may be disqualified and or excluded from the interview if he/she was
(a) Convicted by the court of law (b) Dismissed from public service (c) Knowingly furnishes any false information. (d) Suppresses any information which may lead to his disqualification (e) Attempts to obtain support for his (candidate by improper means. (f) Submits forged certificates. (g) Tempers with the entries in his age and academic certificates.
(h) Misbehave in the interview.
No TA/DA is allowed for initial recruitment. 13. Maximum age relaxation above superannuation shall not be considered for eligibility. However, the
The Board of Governors is competent to relax age as well as to amend ant regulations in the best interest of the institute. The first salary will be subject to the verification of documents from the concerned recognized institutions. The competent authority has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
